WeatherBug youCaster

December 5, 2006

If you’re like me, then you’ve probably thought about what it would be like to be an on-air meteorologist. Well, with WeatherBug’s youCaster, you can finally experience this by creating your own weather show. As you would expect, youCaster gives you access to an assortment of WeatherBug data and images that you can display throughout your show in order to effectively educate your viewers about what’s going on with the weather.

I just created my first show, and I took the opportunity to talk about Leopard and the beautiful weather conditions that we’re experiencing in North Georgia right now. The community is actively creating content, and if you want to join in on the fun, then I’d encourage you to do the same.

  1. I watched your ‘show’. Did you broadcast with your face in the dark on purpose? This reminded me of an X-files episode. The doplar radar display made no sense to me. I watched the video twice and still didn’t get it. Where is your data feed? I don’t know what you’re selling… ???
